Must-haves
- Practical experience in web application development
- Development experience using strongly-typed languages like Java, Go, or TypeScript
- Experience leading technical decisions, design, and implementation impacting teams or large organizations
- Experience understanding customer issues and business domains, translating them into product specifications, design, and implementation
- Experience collaborating with multiple roles (PdM, designers, business side) in product development
- Experience improving development productivity through team process improvement, enablement, and automation
- Strong interest in product development using Generative AI, LLM, or AI agents
- Technical lead and code review experience in a small team
Nice-to-haves
- Product development experience in new business, 0 to 1, or PMF exploration phases
- Product development experience incorporating LLM, Generative AI, or AI agents
- Experience with RAG, prompt design, context design, or evaluation design
- Interest in IR, corporate planning, finance, accounting, or corporate finance domains
