Loglass is seeking a Product QA Engineer to define quality standards for their AI-native SaaS product from scratch. You will be responsible for enhancing service and product quality using engineering and AI skills, and leading improvements in development processes.
Must-haves
- Experience in test analysis, design, and execution for web applications.
- Engineering skills to design and implement test automation.
- Experience using generative AI (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs) in a professional setting, or strong motivation and aptitude to do so.
- Experience leading improvements in development and test processes.
Nice-to-haves
- QA experience in an agile development team.
- SET experience, or experience building/improving test automation infrastructure.
- Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability test design.
- Knowledge of security quality (vulnerabilities, access control, data integrity).
- Experience evaluating LLM/AI features (prompt evaluation, output verification, hallucination detection).
