Loglass Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the large-scale re-architecture of their core product, "Loglass Management." This role involves modeling complex business logic using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and AI-driven development to improve corporate management and budget/forecast management. The goal is to transition from a "System of Record" to a "System of Management" and build a "Governed Super Excel" platform.
Must-haves
- Experience leading organizational-level technical decision-making and promotion.
- Ability to formulate technical strategy aligned with management and business strategy.
- Experience improving team processes, enablement, and automation for productivity.
- Approximately 5+ years of server-side web application development experience.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in test design and writing test code.
- Experience refactoring or re-architecting legacy/large-scale systems.
- Experience with agile development processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Frontend development experience.
- Development experience with strongly-typed languages (Java, Go, TypeScript).
- Proficiency or strong interest in TDD and DDD.
- Experience writing performance-critical code.
- Experience designing and operating production systems with LLM/Generative AI.
- Experience leading architecture design and operation on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
