Fixstars is seeking an experienced engineer to accelerate AI model inference foundations like LLM and VLM. This role focuses on investigating system bottlenecks, optimizing training and inference software, and tuning parameters to reduce GPU server costs and improve user experience.
Hybrid, up to 2 days remote per week. Work location is Fixstars Corporation Headquarters (Tokyo) or client sites (Tokyo, Kanagawa). Relocation or transfer may occur.
Salary: 6,000,000 to 10,100,000 JPY per year, negotiable. Includes various allowances and bonuses. Discretionary Labor System applies.
