Develop and operate Uopochi, an EC platform for restaurants to procure fresh food. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from user interviews and specification creation to implementation, code review, and deployment. The team uses Scrum for development.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in Ruby/TypeScript/Python/Go
- 3+ years of experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and RDBMS table design
- 1+ year of experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
- 1+ year of experience with GitHub/GitLab
- Experience with at least one CI/CD tool (e.g., GitHub Actions, Circle CI)
- Experience establishing implementation policies for development projects (3+ people)
- Experience controlling project QCD for development projects (3+ people)
- Experience improving development team productivity
- Experience as a reviewer conducting code reviews
Nice-to-haves
- Experience establishing implementation policies for entire systems (10+ people)
- RDBMS performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours/month. Flextime system with core hours 11:00-15:00. Side jobs allowed.
