Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in web application development
- Experience handling the full development cycle from design to implementation and testing
- 1+ year of experience shaping products with Java frameworks
- Experience ensuring code quality with JUnit or Spock
- Skills in RDBs like MySQL, including table design and SQL
- Basic frontend skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of OS, middleware, and networks
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience using AWS
- Experience designing and operating infrastructure as code with Terraform / OpenTofu
- Experience building and operating container orchestration environments like AWS EKS
- Team development experience based on GitHub Flow
- Experience tuning JVM and Tomcat
- Experience developing, operating, and growing BtoC/BtoB services
- Experience using AI tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve development and business processes

Annual salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥7,000,000. Includes a trial period of 3 months.
