Must-haves
- 5+ years of web backend development experience
- Experience in REST API and database design
- Experience operating public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Development experience in a team of 3 or more people
- Experience in system development emphasizing reliability and availability
Nice-to-haves
- Go development experience (or strong desire to learn)
- Experience leading architecture design and technology selection
- Practical experience with GCP and IaC tools like Terraform
- Experience building and improving monitoring systems
- Experience building and operating CI/CD environments
- Experience developing and mentoring junior engineers

Annual Income: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay for 31.39 hours. Probationary Period: 3 months. Stock Option System available.
