HERP is seeking a Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making for company-wide critical issues. You will analyze data across multiple products to drive improvements in product, business KPIs, matching accuracy, and new business validation.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of practical experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL
- Ability to logically and quantitatively proceed with metric design and hypothesis testing
- Experience translating analysis results into business language and supporting proposals/decision-making
- Experience in data visualization, such as dashboard creation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in data analysis and statistical analysis using Python/R
- Experience leading KPI definition and effect verification
- Experience in analysis during the rapid growth phase of a startup or SaaS business
- Experience in defining requirements/designing machine learning and predictive models
- Experience in building/maintaining data infrastructure (BigQuery, dbt, etc.)
- Knowledge/interest in HR/recruitment domains

Other notes
Annual salary: 6,600,000 - 12,000,000 JPY (includes 30 hours of deemed overtime). Stock options will be granted separately. Probationary period: 3 months.
