Salary: Annual salary of 5,000,000 - 5,500,000 JPY (includes 2 months' bonus). Monthly salary: 357,143 - 392,857 JPY (includes 20 hours of overtime allowance). Overtime exceeding 20 hours will be paid separately. Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary. Performance reviews are conducted annually. The company offers support for obtaining qualifications, with exam fees covered up to twice and奨励金 (incentive money) upon passing. Employees can also utilize Exeo Group's training programs and participate in study groups.
