This role is for new graduates expected to complete their studies in March 2028. You will start with training and then work as an SES engineer on web system and application development projects, initially focusing on implementation and testing, with opportunities to advance to design and requirements definition as you gain experience.
Training at Tokyo headquarters for the first 3 months. After that, work at Tokyo headquarters or client sites in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area and its three surrounding prefectures. Telework is negotiable. Work hours are 9:00-18:00, but may follow client schedules.
Monthly Salary: ¥270,000~ (University Grad), ¥290,000~ (Grad School Grad). Includes fixed overtime allowance for 30 hours. Technical and Housing allowances available. Salary review twice a year. Side jobs allowed with permission.
