Must-haves
- Master's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Experience in satellite design, assembly, environmental testing, or operation (including graduate project experience)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in Japanese and English
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Nice-to-haves
- Network with satellite operators, insurance companies, space agencies
- High communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Understanding of or practical experience with safety and reliability standards based on JAXA Common Technical Document

Partial remote work allowed. Flextime system (no core hours). Location: Tokyo.
