Drive new business development from 0 to 100 in logistics, DM, and marketing domains by integrating group assets with new technologies. You will act as a proxy for the CEO, making decisions and leading execution from market research to organizational building.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Business Manager roles with a track record of growth under PL responsibility
- Understanding of supply chain/operations in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or EC
- Experience in complex project management coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Background in strategy/general consulting with execution experience at a business company
- Experience in Corporate Planning and Financial Modeling
- Experience in Alliance building and negotiation
- Experience in organizational startup and design
- Track record of company-wide promotion by engaging existing business divisions
