Seeking Software Engineers to support DX initiatives using AI. You will develop applications, ensure quality and security, and manage technical architecture across various projects. This role involves communicating with stakeholders and improving organizational development capabilities, acting as an engineering CoE.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in system development, operation, DevOps, and CI/CD on cloud environments.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals (source code management, network, security, databases).
- Experience with container technologies like Docker.
- Ability to discuss appropriately with business stakeholders and data scientists.
- Ability to discuss appropriately in Japanese with business stakeholders and data scientists.
Nice-to-haves
- Application development experience in client projects with multiple team members.
- Experience building and operating data pipelines and MLOps environments.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines on cloud environments.
- Experience in B2B software (package/SaaS) and system development.
- Web application development experience (Go, TypeScript, React, etc.).
- Experience using and operating Kubernetes.
- Contributions to OSS or presentations at study groups.

Work style
Hybrid. Remote work possible with supervisor approval. Full remote is generally not permitted except in special circumstances. Must live within commuting distance of Tokyo office or be willing to relocate.

Salary: 6,200,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Full-time employment. Probationary period: 3 months.
