We are seeking software engineers to improve our development process by clarifying ambiguous requirements, breaking them down into actionable tasks, and driving decisions. Must-haves
- 3-5+ years of practical web/product development experience
- Ability to organize ambiguous requirements and define tasks for implementation
- Experience in technical decision-making (e.g., technology selection, design direction)
- Ability to develop with an understanding of the objective ('Why') and conduct retrospectives
- Experience taking ownership of decisions and driving them forward
- Ability to maintain stable quality and speed of deliverables without relying on others for rework
- Must be able to come to the office once a month
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and coordinating stakeholders
- Quick learner of new domains and technologies
- Ability to form opinions, articulate them, and engage in discussions
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and other departments on development plans

Work style

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes a 3-month probationary period.
