We are launching a new project to automate the food distribution industry using AI agents. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their challenges and implement AI-driven solutions, transforming inefficient, paper-based processes.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- Backend design/implementation experience with REST APIs and RDBs
- Experience developing applications using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude API)
- Practical experience with AI-driven development using tools like Claude Code/Codex
- Smooth business communication skills in Japanese
Nice-to-haves
- Full-stack TypeScript web application development experience
- Experience handling unstructured data (e.g., AI-OCR, image processing)
- Workflow engine design/operation experience
- Infrastructure construction/operation experience on AWS (including IaC like Terraform)
- Experience developing industry-specific business systems (e.g., distribution, logistics, manufacturing)
