Crassil Inc. is seeking a Full Cycle Engineer to lead the development of "ReciChare by Crassil," a popular money-saving app. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from server-side design and architecture to operation and infrastructure management.
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience in server-side development and operation of web services or mobile applications
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating APIs
- Experience in designing and operating RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Must be willing to work primarily onsite (5 days a week in office, with potential for 2 days remote)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience operating products using cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Experience building environments using Terraform / Ansible
- Experience in monitoring and improvement using Datadog / New Relic
- Experience in load balancing and architectural innovation in high-traffic environments

Work style
Hybrid (Primarily 5 days a week in office, remote work possible 2 days a week). Flextime system with core hours 10:00-16:00. Location: Tokyo.

Estimated Annual Salary: 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY (includes semi-annual bonuses). Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours.
