Lazuli is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between their development team and customer needs. You will be responsible for implementing solutions and integrating Lazuli's AI/ML SaaS product, Lazuli PDP®, into enterprise client environments.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of software development experience using languages like Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience with data engineering, including complex SQL queries and ETL process construction.
- Understanding of system architecture, API integration, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and authentication/authorization.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-engineers.
- 3+ years of experience in requirements definition and design phases, including stakeholder consensus building.
- Daily use of generative AI (LLMs) as a tool for work or problem-solving.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing AI/Machine Learning, including LLMs, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
- Frontend development skills for creating user-facing interfaces.
- Knowledge of security requirements for industries like finance or government.
