ELEMENTS is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for their "AI Automatic Fueling Permit Monitoring System" (AiQ PERMISSION). This role involves building quality standards from the ground up for a system that uses cameras, edge AI, and cloud technology to address labor shortages in the gas station industry.
Must-haves
- Experience in quality assurance for IoT, embedded systems, cameras, or industrial equipment, OR experience in testing/quality assurance within a software development team.
- Ability to extract quality risks and test perspectives from business workflows.
- Experience in reproducing, isolating, and prioritizing defects.
- Ability to gain consensus and drive improvements with stakeholders in an underdeveloped environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI/image processing, long-term operation, load, and failure testing.
- Experience in both strictly regulated quality areas and new business ventures.
- Test automation, CI/CD, and Python experience for developing verification tools.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, Docker, and log analysis.
- Experience in establishing, leading, and nurturing QA organizations.
