Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical leadership within the Product Development Department for a pet insurance system. This role involves improving operational stability, leading architectural changes, and eventually managing the infrastructure team.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in AWS design, construction, and operation (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3)
- IaC experience (Terraform/CDK/CDKTF) managing multiple environments
- Practical experience in monitoring and incident response (CloudWatch, incident investigation, recurrence prevention)
- Operational automation skills (Python or Shell scripting)
- Practical experience in Linux/Docker/container operations
- Understanding of network design and operation (VPC, Route53, SG, NACL)
- Experience utilizing AI and AI tools in work
- Experience in technical leadership, task management, and code reviews
Nice-to-haves
- Management experience of a team of 5 or more engineers
- SRE-related experience (SLO/SLI design, observability improvement, Error Budget management)
- Multi-account operation and architecture improvement experience
- Ability to review backend/frontend code and engage in technical discussions
- Kubernetes operation experience
- CI/CD pipeline design and improvement
- Security practical experience (vulnerability response, WAF operation)
