Founding Full Stack Engineer to build a new AI Agent for Sales Enablement from scratch. You will lead architecture design, technology selection, and development of AI features leveraging LLMs like Claude. This role offers significant autonomy within a rapidly growing business unit.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development experience in modern web applications
- Frontend development experience with React/Next.js
- Backend development experience with Node.js/Python
- Experience designing and operating infrastructure and performance
- Ability to lead architecture design and technology selection from scratch
- Must reside in Japan and have business-level Japanese proficiency
- Experience or willingness to lead a team of 1-2 developers
- Ability to proactively drive issues in uncertain situations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing applications using LLMs/AI Agents
- Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and conversational design
- Experience developing products in the finance domain or sales support
- Experience developing scalable SaaS platforms
- Interest in or practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows using LLMs like Claude

Other notes
Salary range: 7,000,000 - 11,000,000 JPY per year. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours per month. Commuting allowance provided.
