Work style

Hybrid work, with a recommendation of one day per week in the office. Location can be chosen between Tokyo or Osaka. Flex-time with core hours (10:00-16:00). Some roles may have discretionary work hours.

Other notes

Salary range: 8,040,000 - 11,000,000 JPY per year. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month, with additional overtime paid separately. Annual salary system paid in 12 installments. Commuting allowance provided.
