Monoxer is seeking a Corporate Engineer to lead IT governance and AI productivity reforms, aiming for an IPO. You will own the planning, introduction, operation, and maintenance of internal systems, while also driving organizational productivity improvements using AI across departments.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical experience in Information Systems / Corporate Engineering (SaaS management, help desk, or security operations)
- Experience implementing business automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go) or REST APIs
- Ability to organize vague issues into technical requirements and project plans
- Experience building consensus with non-technical departments
- Basic security knowledge (e.g., Zero Trust, access management)
- Self-management ability to drive projects independently
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with IaC (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience implementing generative AI/LLM tools
- Experience automating onboarding/offboarding
- Experience in code review
