Nextage is developing a revolutionary, large-scale, non-customized SaaS product for Japan's manufacturing industry, aiming to pioneer the next generation of development systems using AI. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the development of their proprietary SaaS product "Smart F" and manage the engineering team.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience as a development engineer
- 3+ years of cumulative development experience in statically typed languages
- 1+ year of cumulative experience as a development lead
- Engineers can work fully remotely
- No restrictions on place of residence within Japan
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in infrastructure design/construction on the cloud
- Experience in building security systems
- Information dissemination on the internet or social media (including contributions to OSS)
