NiX Japan is seeking IaaS Infrastructure Engineers to build and operate cloud infrastructure for their growing DX business, which focuses on digital transformation in the construction and infrastructure fields. This role offers a supportive environment for engineers with little experience to steadily improve their skills and contribute to Japan's social infrastructure.
Must-haves
- 1+ year of IT infrastructure experience
- Server construction/operation, network configuration, system monitoring experience
- Basic Linux or Windows Server operational experience
- Basic IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Teamwork and communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- AWS/Azure/GCP experience (personal study acceptable)
- Virtualization technologies experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic scripting language knowledge (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
- Interest/learning experience in Docker and container technologies
- IT-related certifications (e.g., Information Technology Engineer Examination, LPIC, CCNA, AWS Certified)
- Interest in construction, civil engineering, and social infrastructure fields

Other notes
Salary range: 4,000,000 to 6,000,000 JPY annually. Includes fixed overtime pay (47,300 JPY or more per month for 20 hours). Probationary period: 6 months.
