Must-haves

- 3+ years of experience managing development organizations with multiple teams
- Experience supporting, developing, and evaluating managers and leaders
- Experience operating a development organization aligned with business plans and management goals

- Experience as a development organization leader (e.g., VPoE, Head of Engineering, Head of EM)
- Experience leading engineer recruitment strategy and execution
- Experience driving the establishment or reorganization of an organization
- Management experience in a fully remote, asynchronous communication-focused organization
- Experience in development and organizational management in a B2B SaaS or multi-product environment

Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥14,000,000. Includes 40 hours of fixed overtime pay per month, with additional pay for hours exceeding this. Recent average overtime is approx. 12 hours.
