We are developing a "Policy Platform" to streamline policy operations by integrating dispersed policy information. This role focuses on building the common infrastructure for this platform, ensuring secure, safe, and rapid development across multiple products.
Must-haves
- Experience in technical decision-making and systematization
- SRE practical experience (incident response, observability, etc.)
- Practical experience in operational automation (CI/CD, container technology)
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud production infrastructure (approx. 3+ years)
- Ability to communicate in native-level Japanese
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical leadership
- Experience promoting common infrastructure in a multi-product environment
- Experience in systematizing reliability and security operations
- Experience designing and promoting large-scale migrations/optimizations

Work style
Hybrid: Nagata-cho office or remote work. All employees come to the office every Friday. Other days are approx. 1-2 days/week in the office. Attendance required for necessary in-person meetings.

Estimated Annual Salary: ¥6,500,000 - ¥14,500,000. Salary review twice a year. Commuting allowance paid.
