PubteX is transforming Japan's publishing distribution with a DX platform. The IoT Solutions Division uses RFID and the "BOOKTRAIL" system for bookstore management. This role is for a Technical Lead candidate to drive core system development, cost reduction, and new service creation.
Must-haves
- Associate's degree or higher in a specialized field.
- 3+ years of system development project management experience (requirements definition to release, vendor control, QCD management).
- Experience leading or managing a development team for in-house services/products.
- Development and operation experience with supply chain (traceability) related systems.
- Development and operation experience with ERP, inventory, and POS systems.
- Management experience coordinating with development vendors.
Nice-to-haves
- Organizational management experience at a manager/section chief level.
- Service planning or mid-to-large scale PM experience in IT/IoT.
- Knowledge of RFID, SCM, traceability, or publishing/distribution industry system development.
- Development and operation experience with cloud-based web/business systems.
