Rebirthnet is seeking its first dedicated recruitment hire to lead all recruitment activities for its sustainability domain service, Suscari. This role involves planning and executing mid-career recruitment strategies for business and engineering positions, and building recruitment systems from scratch.
Hybrid work is possible. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, with up to 45 hours of overtime per month.
Annual salary of 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY (includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month). Stock option system is being established. Full-time employee only. Trial period of 6 months.
