RECEPTIONIST is seeking a Solution Engineer to support technical aspects of sales, resolve implementation challenges, and align customer requirements with the development team. This role involves on-site verification, responding to technical inquiries, and contributing to the evolution of their market-leading cloud reception system.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Consultant, Solution (Sales) Engineer, or Pre-sales.
- Experience in the upstream phases of implementation projects.
- Ability to analyze issues and brainstorm solutions.
- High desire to learn.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Leader.
- Work experience related to Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online (Outlook).
- Development experience with web applications.
- Acquisition of information processing related certifications.
- Improvement of business processes using generative AI.
- Experience in building and operating Microsoft 365 environments.

Estimated Annual Salary: 5,000,000 JPY - 7,000,000 JPY. Includes 40 hours of fixed overtime pay per month.
