Annual Salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥13,000,000. Includes 35 hours of fixed overtime pay per month. Side jobs allowed. Subsidy for technical book purchases. Up to ¥30,000 for work goods. Flextime system with core hours 12:00-15:00. Average engineer overtime approx. 10 hours/month.
