Stockmark is developing proprietary LLM technology and AI agents for manufacturing and business process automation. This role focuses on developing algorithms to structure and extract information from technical drawings (plant and mechanical blueprints) to make them searchable data. You will be a core member in establishing a general-purpose structuring algorithm for this challenging domain.
Full remote work is possible. Residents within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama) can freely choose between remote and in-office work. Residents outside this area can visit the office once a month for non-work-related reasons. Must reside in Japan.
Salary: Monthly 667,000 - 1,250,000 JPY. Estimated annual salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month (exceeding hours paid separately). Includes a "Lifelong Design Allowance" (combination of defined contribution pension and advance payment). Salary increases twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
