As an SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability and availability of the core product "TeamSpirit" by building and automating its infrastructure. The role utilizes a software engineering approach to improve service operations, with flexibility to introduce new tools and cloud services like AWS.
Hybrid work system (in-office/remote) is possible (in-office work is about once a week). Location: Tokyo.
Estimated annual salary: 4,000,000 - 6,600,000 JPY. Monthly salary includes 20 hours of assumed overtime. Bonuses provided (once a year / estimated 5-15% of annual salary). Probationary period: 3 months.
