Lead the development of "TeamSpirit Enterprise," a large-scale web application used by hundreds of thousands daily. You will act as a technical leader and architect, designing new features, resolving technical debt, and mentoring team members within a Scrum framework.
Must-haves
- 7+ years of web application development experience with object-oriented languages
- Experience in architecture and database design for high-traffic or complex business systems (e.g., ERP)
- Experience in technical leadership (Tech Lead/Lead Engineer) or mentoring junior engineers
- Must work onsite in Tokyo
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in large-scale backend development with Java
- Experience leading re-architecting or technical debt resolution for SaaS products
- Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in Agile/Scrum
- Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience developing on the Salesforce platform or relevant certifications

Salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 13,000,000 JPY (includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours/month). Annual bonus (5-15%). Salary increase once a year. Probationary period: 3 months.
