We are seeking design and development engineers for airframe development of defense/interception drones. This role involves improving existing drones and designing next-generation models, contributing to national security. You will be involved in the entire development process from concept to mass production.
Must-haves
- Commitment experience in hardware development (mechanical, electrical, or embedded control)
- Proactive attitude with self-learning and execution capabilities
- Agility and responsiveness to changing development items
- 3DCAD experience (for mechanical focus)
- Analysis experience (strength, vibration, thermal, or fluid analysis for mechanical focus)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching 0 to 1 products or leading product development
- Experience in hardware x software development
- Circuit diagram design experience (for electrical focus)
- Layout design experience (for electrical focus)
- Debugging experience using measuring instruments (for electrical focus)
- EMC (noise) countermeasure experience (for electrical focus)
Work style
Onsite in Shibuya, Tokyo. Flextime system.
