TORIHADA is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to drive AI adoption and business transformation. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to define, implement, and operate solutions, primarily focusing on internal process automation and developing new client-facing services.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience (Web or business system development)
- Experience building and launching a service from scratch independently
- Backend development: Ability to design and implement APIs/batch processes in Python or Node.js/TypeScript independently
- Frontend development: Ability to build management screen UIs independently using React/Next.js etc.
- Cloud experience: Practical experience with IAM design, cost estimation, and basic IaC (Terraform etc.) in AWS/GCP/Cloudflare
- Experience in security design for systems handling personal information (access control, encryption, log management)
- Native-level Japanese or business communication skills to understand Japanese business customs and nuances
- Practical experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Web development (front/back), Infrastructure/Cloud, Generative AI/LLM API integration, OCR/document/image AI, Data utilization (SQL/BI), Business automation/No-code
Nice-to-haves
- Experience visualizing business flows and organizing requirements
- Practical experience using no-code/low-code tools
- Experience in infrastructure design and cost optimization for small to medium-sized teams
- Domain knowledge in non-IT fields such as CAD/manufacturing or back-office operations
- Personal project or side-business experience utilizing generative AI

Other notes
Salary: ¥450,000 - ¥800,000 per month (based on experience/skills). Probationary period: 3-6 months (contract employee status with no change in benefits).
