UPSIDER is seeking an SRE to join a new team focused on evolving their core payment and card issuance infrastructure. The role involves enhancing system reliability, scalability, and security to support rapid business growth and increasing payment traffic.
Must-haves
- Experience designing and operating cloud environments (AWS / Google Cloud / Azure)
- Experience establishing monitoring/alerting environments (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI, etc.)
- Experience investigating and responding to system failures (log analysis, load testing, etc.)
- Experience in technical communication with team members and developers
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing and operating reliability metrics such as SLI/SLO/SLA
- Experience operating Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform
- Experience introducing and operating container platforms like Kubernetes
- Experience in product development (server-side)
- Experience establishing an SRE team
- Experience fostering a post-mortem culture and documenting processes

Work style
Full Flex (No specified start/end times) at Tokyo Office. On-call standby required on a rotational basis.
Other notes
Annual salary ¥10,400,000 - ¥15,000,000. Bonus paid twice a year. No smoking within the premises.
