UPSIDER is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain data infrastructure, enabling data utilization across the company from management decisions to operations. You will organize data from various sources into a DWH, create data marts for BI tools, and manage features for machine learning models, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and business unit engineers.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical SQL experience
- Experience building data marts using dbt or Dataform
- Experience utilizing DWH (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Development experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Business communication in English (reading/writing)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience operating cloud data infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
- Basic command-line tool experience
- Experience building/operating data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- DevOps experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Startup environment development experience
