Seeking a System Engineer to lead core business systems and EC development, connecting clients with our offshore development base in Vietnam. You will focus on upstream processes like requirements definition and design, with opportunities to grow from small modification projects to large-scale developments.
Hybrid work, primarily remote. Office located in Tokyo (Kojimachi, Ichigaya, Yotsuya, Hanzomon stations nearby). Currently, office visits are twice a week.
Salary: 4,000,000 JPY - 6,000,000 JPY annually. Includes fixed overtime allowance for 25 hours. Bonus twice a year. No trial period. Overseas training trips to Vietnam available upon request.
