Must-haves
- 1+ year of experience managing an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in web application design and development
- Experience developing and operating web services using public cloud (GCP or AWS)
- For non-Japanese nationals: Experience working in Japan

- Experience developing BtoB SaaS products
- Agile development experience in a team with multiple engineers
- Experience in spec definition and direction for web service and application development
- Experience participating in engineer recruitment as an interviewer
