Seeking initial members to lead the verification and development of next-generation AI products utilizing cutting-edge LLMs. This role involves exploring, verifying, and creating new AI products that will form the core of future Yayoi services and society, working closely with the AI/Data Strategy Department.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating software in a production environment (new development phase).
- Experience releasing features incorporating LLMs for actual users.
- Experience defining and continuously improving output quality with self-defined metrics.
- Ability to structure ambiguous requirements by investigating on-site and with users.
- Experience leading cross-company technical verification and product development, or strong willingness to do so.
- Willingness to learn accounting, tax, or other back-office domains.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of accounting, tax, or corporate back-office operations.
- Experience building evaluation datasets, designing annotations, and quality control.
- Experience optimizing latency and cost in LLM applications.
- Experience designing reliability for long-running processes or agents.
- Experience building RAG/vector search infrastructure.
- Experience with time-series data prediction/anomaly detection models.
- Experience with document analysis (OCR, layout analysis, information extraction).
- Experience operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and building CI/CD pipelines.

Other notes
Annual salary range: 800 to 1300万円 (Monthly base: 474,000 - 700,000円). Bonus 3 times/year.
